EXPERIENCE
Jennifer Yeh, trained at MIT, Harvard, and Oxford, founded Big Little Insights based on her process and subject-matter expertise on social identity issues. Big Little Insights takes a holistic, multi-disciplinary, and enterprise-approach to provide process services in an integrated manner. Jennifer has been trained and certified in a variety of processes, such as mediation, facilitation, coaching, change management, arbitration, and restorative justice. She has been a practicing mediator since 2007 and a coach since 2015 with hundreds of hours of coaching and mediation experience.

Through Big Little Insights, Jennifer brings her expertise to assist clients in addressing social identity issues as they progress through the Big Little Insight’s proprietary methodology. This methodology draws inspiration from the fields of expertise in which Jennifer has gained over the past 20 years, such as conflict resolution, psychology, political science, policy, humanitarian relief, human rights, government, international affairs, and law.

Jennifer’s subject expertise on social identity issues includes but is not limited to psychological research on bias, peace efforts for ethnoreligious armed conflicts, and negotiation instruction in conflict areas. She has investigated discrimination complaints, worked in contract compliance, and provided policy and legal advice related to policy, regulatory, human rights, and discrimination matters. Jennifer has a clear understanding of the dos and don’ts of working with the federal government. Jennifer has experience in both public and private sectors, such as tech, health, government, and NGOs/IGOs.
EDUCATION
Jennifer has a Juris Doctor and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and in Political Science with a minor in Applied International Studies. Jennifer has certificates in Organizational Behavior and in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
She has been trained and/or certified in mediation, coaching, group facilitation, arbitration, project management, change management, and restorative justice. Jennifer received certificates in mediation from MIT (2007) and SEEDS (2020). Jennifer is a PROSCI-certified change practitioner. Jennifer is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Goal Imagery Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) certified coach. Jennifer received her Accredited Coach Training Program certificate from the Goal Imagery Institute and completed the CRR Global Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching training series for team/systemic coaching. Jennifer is certified to provide the Hogan and FIRO assessments.
