We believe don’t have to face sensitive, uncomfortable, or controversial interpersonal situations alone. We believe in being proactive (not reactive) and engaging in open dialogue. Even if it means making mistakes along the way, we encourage persistence to do right by and be fair to others and ourselves, especially in the face of challenges.
Why We Are Here
We saw that many struggle with a way to deal with difficult interpersonal challenges, often involving many stakeholders and controversy or conflict. We saw that people craved a way to make a difference but felt paralyzed by overwhelm, confusion, or lack of knowledge, often resulting in checkbox, surface-level actions that lead to greater feelings of powerlessness or frustration at the futility of their actions. We knew there was another, more effective way to handle deep-rooted issues – one where caring for others and valuing stakeholder input matter. We wanted to give people an alternative (using our expertise, research, and evidence-based methods) to move the needle in handling the toughest problems.
