What is arbitration?
Arbitration is a method of dispute resolution where a neutral third party (an arbitrator) decides the outcome of a case, and this outcome is binding on the participants, typically without a chance of appeal. It is a confidential alternative to going to court, which is usually a speedier, less costly option than court cases because of the condensed timeline and fewer rules.
